I reached half a century that day – though I hadn’t bet on having shingles as a birthday present.

        1. Very well thank you, Janie. I tend to stay away from social media (I have twitter but becoming a little disillusioned wit it) though I do enjoy instagram: @justabouy if you have an account it would be great to have an additional follower 🙂
